Design and Consultancy

Residential technology has changed and expanded rapidly in the last ten years and we have seen an increasing demand for our consultancy services at the design stage of a project. Working alongside building services consultants and architects we help to ensure that this essential element of modern living is effectively incorporated in the plans well before the construction phase. The creation of a detailed client brief, technology layout and equipment specification at the design stage helps our clients to realise their vision for technology at the end of the project.

Construction Phase Consultation

After the design phase is complete and construction begins we offer ongoing project management and consultancy to ensure that the technology brief is maintained and that wiring schedules and specifications are being followed. We work closely with the contractors on site and also liaise with technology providers to manage the incoming supplies required by the project. Further to this we advise on final fix accessories, termination, and cable and rack management prior to technology installation.

Supply and Installation

In addition to design, consultancy and project management we offer a professional supply and installation service tailored to the client brief. With many projects this can change over the course of the construction phase and we approach each installation with that in mind. We also offer an assessment service for existing technology installations which provides owners with a detailed technical summary of their systems and advice on maintenance, upgrade and replacement options.

Entertainment and Recreational Spaces

Many of our projects include more specialised entertainment zones as part of the overall build, part of an extension or even a stand-alone project. These may require more detailed technology and design consultancy to help make the client’s vision a reality. We can offer full technical design, specifications and acoustics advice for these spaces to make the entertainment experience the best possible.
